Food is always great! Customer service and friendliness is always standup and makes me feel welcome. The wait is never long and the food is always hot and fresh. The environment is very calm and relaxing. Isabella is usually the cashier when I come to dine in and she is always very helpful and always get my order right exactly how I like it. Shout out to the cooks because the food is always amazing and the entire crew just tops it all off. Thank you guys for everything yall do and I strongly recommend this location to get great tasting food and service.

I absolutely love Pollo Regio the food is authentic and always fresh ingredients. Tried their chicken tortilla soup flavorful broth, chicken beans, veggies and pico topped off with melted cheese...oh my goodness so good! Good comfort food for this cold winter weather! try it with a side of rice and don’t forget a drink (the pina-pineapple) your tastebuds will thank u! Angela and the crew gave excellent food and service!

Always a fan of pollo regio since 2009, chicken is amazing, the rice and tortilla chips were bomb! I brought my family from Louisiana and they loved it!! They really loved the chile de arbol salsa and the pickle habanero onions! Thank you for always keeping the same flavors and the generosity in the food you serve! That will always be a statement of your brand! Totally recommend it! Gabriela was super helpful and nice. From familia Sierra we love it! .
